We can also advise you of how tax claims can be discharged or otherwise dealt with successfully in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

THE TIME TO READ a contract or lease is BEFORE YOU SIGN IT, and if the contract or lease is important to you, it probably makes good sense to have an attorney review it before you sign it, before you even "shake on it" not after when the ink is dry and the deal has gone awry and a dispute has erupted because promises "made" have become promises broken.
